Advertising Guidelines

Advertisers are solely responsible for all information that is submitted to Wholesale It Auto and any consequences that may result from the advertisement they have placed. The information provided by the seller must be true and correct to the best of their knowledge. In such cases where information has been misrepresented, we reserve the right at our discretion to restrict usage of the site either temporarily, permanently, or refuse a user registration. If there is found to be undisclosed information pertinent to the condition or value of the vehicle then the buyer will reserve the right to be entitled to either compensation for the repair or a refund at the seller’s discretion. The sellers fee paid to Wholesale It will not be refunded.

Some tips for advertising:

• Wholesale It connects buyers and sellers, and we always encourage honest and fair-trading practices.
• We encourage you as a seller to provide as much detail about the vehicle as you can including but not limited to vehicle information/detailed photographs/accurate descriptions.
• Wholesale It is a platform where buyers must hold an LMCT to purchase motor vehicles. Be sure to sign up so we can get in contact with you to have your account checked and approved!
• The description and photos you provide in your advert must remain anonymous and cannot divulge any information about the seller or its location. To improve the experience of the users the general area will be provided. Adverts are screened prior to being approved online and your advert will either be rejected or details relating to the identify of the seller removed prior to publication.
• Wholesale It platform allows sellers to set a guide price and buyers to make offers through a silent auction process, setting realistic pricing may help you to get more offers!
